CISA Director Krebs: COVID-19 drives ‘acute awareness’ of supply chain potholes

CISA’s critical infrastructure work around the COVID-19 pandemic is proving that the agency has the capabilities to understand security gaps and work with government and industry partners to strengthen relationships, according to CISA Director Christopher Krebs.

Through CISA’s National Risk Management Center, Krebs said his agency is convening sectors of industry stakeholders “to democratize supply chain risk management” by bringing together organizations “that do a very good job” and figuring out “how and why [they] do it well.”
