Chinese drone maker warns senators against ‘country of origin’ test for cybersecurity vetting

The U.S. could jeopardize vital applications for safety and economic development by heeding congressional testimony from witnesses advocating a “country of origin” approach to privacy and cybersecurity concerns associated with drones, according to Chinese drone manufacturer DJI.
