Carnegie Endowment report on financial system says global collaboration can create model for other sectors

An “unprecedented digital transformation,” fueled by the COVID-19 pandemic, is creating new cyber vulnerabilities in the global financial system, according to the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and World Economic Forum, which in a new report call for addressing fragmentation and uncertainty about cybersecurity roles and responsibilities as part of an international strategy that can serve as a model across the cyber ecosystem.
