CareFirst customers urge Supreme Court to deny hearing data-breach case on establishing injury

Policyholders of healthcare giant CareFirst are asking the Supreme Court to reject hearing a case brought by the company to overturn a circuit court ruling that said data-breach victims only need to show potential harm in seeking compensation.
