Biden issues executive order altering scope of Commerce Dept. process to review foreign ICTS transactions

The Biden administration is making changes to a controversial Commerce Department rulemaking impacting the information and communications technology and services sector, establishing “criteria” that will be used to conduct reviews of foreign company transactions.
