Biden administration launches plan to review relationship between CISA and Sector Risk Management Agencies

The White House has notified House and Senate leaders that it will be undertaking a review of the relationship between CISA and Sector Risk Management Agencies as a follow up to an Obama-era directive focused on critical infrastructure.

Presidential Policy Directive 21 was signed in 2013 and focuses on “Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience.” It set up the structure that exists today on how agencies work alone and together to secure critical infrastructure, and policies to develop public-private partnerships...
