Bank Policy Institute to SEC: Ensure consistency, avoid duplication with existing rules in proposed cyber regulation

The Bank Policy Institute is expressing support for the goals of a proposed Securities and Exchange Commission cyber regulation for investment advisors and funds, while citing operational challenges and potential duplication with existing efforts in the SEC’s approach.
