Armed Services bill addresses cyber supply chain, software issues
House Armed Services Chairman Adam Smith (D-WA) is including multiple cybersecurity elements in the National Defense Authorization Act that will be marked up on Wednesday, addressing software and telecom supply-chain security, provisions to assist small businesses, and funding levels for cyber operations.
