American Gas Association asks TSA for flexibility in implementing cyber governance under proposed rule

The Transportation Security Administration should make changes to cyber risk governance requirements in a proposed rule for surface transport entities to provide critical infrastructure owners and operators with flexibility to address threats, according to the American Gas Association.
