Alliance for Digital Innovation raises concerns over compliance burden to meet requirements in proposed CUI rule

The Alliance for Digital Innovation is urging the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council to consider the compliance costs for federal contractors to meet the proposed requirements in a rulemaking on controlled unclassified information.

The General Services Administration, the Defense Department and NASA issued a notice of proposed rulemaking on Jan. 15 to standardize CUI requirements for civilian agencies in the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
