Senate Homeland Security Committee to hold ‘secure briefing,’ cyber may be on agenda
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold a “secure briefing” today to discuss issues that may include cybersecurity, Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Inside Cybersecurity.
“We’re going to do a secure briefing on the whole issue, on the whole issue of what we need to do," Johnson said Tuesday when asked about cyber issues. A spokesperson for the committee declined to give further details on the “classified” meeting.
