NSA chief Rogers says nation-state cyber attacks are on the rise

The head of the U.S. Cyber Command and National Security Agency, Adm. Michael Rogers, told a House Armed Services panel that nation-state cyber attacks are on the rise and pose a major threat to average citizens.
