NIST seeks proposals for data-recovery model

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is requesting proposals for cybersecurity-related products and technical expertise that would help organizations recover from incidents that alter or destroy data.

The effort is being pursued through NIST's National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence and seeks to develop an “example solution” under the Data Integrity Building Block.

“NIST will select participants who have submitted complete letters of interest on a first come, first served basis within each category of product components or capabilities” listed...
