NATO cyber group rejects Microsoft's call for 'Digital Geneva Convention'

The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence is rejecting calls by Microsoft and other tech companies for the establishment of an international treaty on data protection that would clarify the role of governments in defending private-sector networks.
