McCain: Cyber doctrine ‘defines’ threats requiring action

Senate Armed Services Chairman John McCain (R-AZ) said Wednesday that his committee’s cybersecurity doctrine -- included in the Senate version of the fiscal 2018 National Defense Authorization Act -- helps address cybersecurity in the United States by defining those threats that warrant a counter response.
