IT industry leader: NAFTA could harmonize cyber practices

The renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement launched this week offers an opportunity for the United States to harmonize cybersecurity best practices across the continent and help raise the bar on security standards, according to Kenneth Propp, the director of policy at BSA | The Software Alliance.
