International cyber group issues 'call to action' to protect internet availability and stability

Members of the nongovernmental Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace -- including former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and former DHS Deputy Secretary Jane Holl Lute -- have published a “call to action” for internet stakeholders to protect the availability and “public core” of the internet.
