Info-sharing standards body publishes paper on formation of tax-exempt entities

The ISAO Standards Organization has published a guide on the formation of tax-exempt entities, the ISAO SO announced in a press release today.

This guide is meant to be an overview of the formation of tax-exempt legal entities under the Internal Revenue Code that applies to all information sharing and analysis organizations. It specifically examines business leagues and charitable organizations, the two types of tax-free organizations subject to the tax code.
