House Foreign Affairs Committee slated to approve cyber deterrence bill

The House Foreign Affairs Committee today is expected to approve H.R. 5576, the Cyber Deterrence and Response Act, with bipartisan support days after a Senate panel unanimously cleared a cyber diplomacy bill.
