House energy subcommittee chairman unveils bill for electric grid cybersecurity

A key House energy subcommittee chairman has released draft legislation for enhancing electric grid security against cyber attacks, in advance of a hearing next week on “modernizing” the Department of Energy during which three other cyber-related bills will be discussed.
