House Energy and Commerce panel to mark up SMART IoT Act this week

A House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Wednesday will mark up a bill that would require a study of Internet of Things security and other issues, the subcommittee announced Monday.

H.R. 6032, or the SMART IoT Act, will be the only piece of legislation marked up by the digital commerce and consumer protection subcommittee on Wednesday.
