House Democrats urge Homeland Security Chairman McCaul to hold election security hearing

The ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), is pressing Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) to a hold a hearing on legislation offered by Democrats on election security, arguing time is running out to ensure adequate protections for the midterm elections.
