GCA's Reitinger: New toolkit serves as 'clearinghouse' for smaller entities

A free cyber “toolkit” developed by the Global Cyber Alliance and MasterCard is intended to put “operational tools,” “how-to materials” and “recognized best practices” into the hands of smaller enterprises that are increasingly in the cross-hairs of hackers.
