FTC urges circuit court to reject AT&T claims following FCC vote to repeal net-neutrality

The Federal Trade Commission has asked a federal appeals court to reject AT&T Mobility's arguments that the commission lacks the authority to regulate the company's data practices, arguing the Federal Communications Commission's recent repeal of Obama-era net-neutrality rules sets aside those claims.
