Feinstein holding up AV START Act in Senate due to local concerns

Senate Judiciary ranking member Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), one of three Democratic senators holding up a floor vote on the AV START Act on self-driving cars, said Tuesday that she is not supporting the bill due to already “congested freeways” in California and other “technical” concerns separate from the extensive cybersecurity provisions in the measure.
