EU data officials dissatisfied with final text of Privacy Shield agreement

Data protection officials from European Union member states do not believe the European Commission's “adequacy determination” issued in adopting the Privacy Shield framework for transatlantic data transfers resolves their original concerns, despite last-minute revisions by the U.S. Commerce Department and EU commission prior to its adoption.
