DHS sets Oct. 31 comment deadline for draft cyber-response plan

The Department of Homeland Security has posted a draft National Cyber-Incident Response Plan for public comment until Oct. 31. The revised plan was developed under Presidential Policy Directive 41 issued in July, and is expected to be issued as final early next year.
