DHS official: No nation-state ‘cyber events’ seen interfering with elections

The Department of Homeland Security had not received any “reported cyber events” aimed at interfering in the midterm elections from state and local officials by late Tuesday night, with a DHS official saying the department will maintain an “enhanced posture” to respond to any potential threats over the next few weeks.
