DHS advisory council to hold 'summit' on cyber threats to critical infrastructure

The Department of Homeland Security's Critical Infrastructure Partnership Advisory Council is requesting comments on an upcoming critical infrastructure “summit” that will focus on cybersecurity and other issues, DHS' National Protection and Programs Directorate announced in a Federal Register notice published Friday.

The public meeting, which will take place Feb. 28, aims to bring together all 16 critical infrastructure sectors, to discuss topics including “the way forward” in securing critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
