Former White House cyber advisor offers index for measuring gaps between policy, readiness

A former cybersecurity advisor for both the Obama and Bush administrations has developed a “cyber readiness index” to measure the nation's preparedness against the need for securing a digital economy, identifying gaps between policies and preparedness in the areas of strategy, law enforcement and information sharing.
