Presidential commission examines ways to 'accelerate' use of international norms in cyberspace

The Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity heard testimony today from a leading State Department official who argued for an intensified effort on expanding the use of cyber international norms, while touting the Obama administration's progress in placing cybersecurity on the global agenda through bilateral and multilateral talks.
