Sen. Carper: Strengthen DHS to protect critical infrastructure from cyber attacks

Lawmakers are working with officials at the Department of Homeland Security to properly implement recently passed cybersecurity laws and prioritizing the cybersecurity functions of the department, according to Senate Homeland Security Committee ranking member Tom Carper (D-DE).
