U.S. military symposium will mull role of 'extended deterrence' in cyberspace

The U.S. military command tasked with identifying ways to deter Russia, China, Iran and North Korea in cyberspace will host a panel discussion next week on whether the United States can discourage cyber attacks against international allies.
