Sen. Kaine calls for cyber doctrine to help coordinate federal efforts, boost deterrence

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) today called for Congress to develop a cybersecurity doctrine that would clarify the government's response and obligations following a cyber attack, which would help coordinate federal efforts to secure data and networks and boost deterrence against malicious attacks on critical industries.
