Sen. Carper: Pieces in place to help address 'EINSTEIN' concerns

The new cybersecurity law and initiatives already underway at the Department of Homeland Security will help address concerns raised in a recent Government Accountability Office report about DHS' “EINSTEIN” cybersecurity program, according to Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs ranking member Tom Carper (D-DE).
