Obama cyber commission holds final meeting with discussion on international norms

The presidential Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity will hold its fifth and final public meeting today with a discussion on international norms that will include testimony by the State Department's Christopher Painter.

International considerations were not included the commission's initial charge under an Obama executive order issued in February, but commission members decided it was necessary to take a global view in order to develop their policy recommendations for the next administration on securing a digital economy.
