Lawmakers could use pending DHS bill to address cyber liability concerns

Calls for greater clarity on the liability protections provided by the Cybersecurity Act of 2015 could be addressed in a Department of Homeland Security cyber reorganization bill that may reach the House floor in July, according to sources, but that determination has yet to be made.
