House, Senate again take separate approaches on Chinese technology

The House and Senate appear on course to offer conflicting approaches in the annual Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations bill to reviewing the security of government technology purchases, with the Senate once again trying to remove mentions of China from the requirements.

The Senate in the coming days is expected to pass its C-J-S bill, which is being debated on the floor.
