Federal CISO Touhill offers reform agenda, says if asked he would stay in Trump administration

The federal government's chief information security officer, retired Air Force Gen. Gregory Touhill, said he would stay on in a Trump administration if asked to do so, while laying out an ambitious agenda to complete work on eliminating dozens of outdated policy directives while President Obama is still in office.
