DHS leader says verification of China cyber agreement begins soon

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson today said U.S. officials are working on dates for the first meetings with Chinese counterparts to discuss implementation of the recent agreement between the two countries on cybersecurity.

Secretary Johnson said "there are a lot of good things on paper" in the cyber deal announced last month by President Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Now the U.S. side is "putting them to the test," with initial ministerial-level meetings expected this year, Secretary Johnson...
