Comey's comments highlight ongoing info-sharing uncertainties

FBI Director James Comey's lukewarm remarks this week about the information-sharing portal at the Department of Homeland Security have prompted two lines of response: It's too early to draw any conclusions about how well the DHS system will work, and the federal government seems to be sending mixed messages about how the sharing process should function.
