Coast Guard completing cyber recommendations for offshore oil, gas industries

The U.S. Coast Guard is crafting final recommendations to address cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in the offshore oil and gas industries.

According to the Coast Guard, one of the service’s advisory committee cybersecurity working groups will meet next month to continue deliberations on cybersecurity, culminating in the presentation of final cybersecurity recommendations to the National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee.
