Lobbyists see Trump presidency backing cyber-offensive measures

The law firm Arnold and Porter expects the Trump administration to support an active approach to defending against cyber attacks, but casts doubt on progress in the encryption debate even while noting that cybersecurity remains a largely bipartisan issue in Congress.
