Belgium to join NATO cyber center

Belgium has decided to join NATO’s cybersecurity center as a sponsoring nation, the center announced last week.

A delegation from Belgium visited the center last week to start the accession negotiations, the center said in a statement.

“We warmly welcome Belgium’s decision and hope for an expeditious accession process,“ Sven Sakkov, the center’s director, said in the statement.
